The challenge
Procurement relied on email approvals and a separate SAP entry step done by accounts. Data was re-keyed in multiple places, which caused delays and reconciliation errors at month-end.
Supplier data and purchase contracts were managed in disconnected spreadsheets — making vendor selection and audit trails painful.
What we built
We designed an integrated P2P flow on Kissflow covering supplier classification, contract management, PR/PO routing, GR, AP, and PV — with each step pushing the right payload to SAP via API.
Material master and supplier master were also brought into Kissflow with controlled approval flows, feeding both the workflow and SAP automatically.
Outcome
Month-end reconciliation effort dropped sharply since data is no longer re-keyed. Procurement cycle time was cut substantially with auto-routing and parallel approvals.
Petty cash and expense claim flows were added on the same platform after the P2P rollout proved the integration model.
