The challenge
Sales reps were tracking deals across email, Excel, and three different ERP modules. Forecasts were unreliable, hand-offs to operations frequently dropped data, and management had no real-time pipeline visibility.
The existing approval flow for quotations took 5+ days on average and required physical signatures from regional managers, which significantly slowed deal velocity.
What we built
We mapped the full sales journey across regions, designed a single Kissflow-based workflow, and integrated it with SCG’s SAP for product catalog and credit data.
The new system enforced consistent stage progression, automated approval routing based on amount and region, and surfaced live dashboards to regional and HQ management.
Outcome
Quotation approval cycle dropped from 5+ days to under 24 hours. Sales pipeline visibility became real-time, and forecast accuracy improved measurably within the first quarter post-launch.
The system has since been extended to handle import shipping, memo requests, solar roof business, and HR onboarding — all on the same Kissflow foundation.
