The challenge
Opening a new petrol outlet involves a dozen teams — legal contracts, IT setup, equipment, ISO compliance, franchise documentation, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Coordination was almost entirely email-based.
Tracking every outlet’s status across the country was difficult; bottlenecks were only spotted after they delayed openings.
What we built
A single end-to-end Outlet Opening workflow on Kissflow with parallel sub-flows for legal contracts, legal applications, IT services, ISO/auditing, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
Franchise management got its own connected workflow so franchise partners go through the same controlled rollout pattern as company-owned outlets.
Outcome
Outlet opening lead time and bottleneck visibility improved across the network. The same operating model now handles franchise rollouts predictably at scale.
