The challenge
Custom product design requests bounced between sales, design, and production teams via email and shared folders. Lead times slipped and version control was a constant problem.
Sales forecasts were locked in Excel files that were hard to consolidate into SAP for planning.
What we built
A connected Request → Design → Production flow on Kissflow with versioned artefacts, role-based reviews, and clear hand-off SLAs.
Sales forecast and customer/item master were modelled as Kissflow datasets with SAP sync via FTP.
Outcome
Design-to-production lead time and rework rate both dropped meaningfully. Sales forecast data hits SAP planning on the same day instead of weekly batch.
Production planners now operate from a single source of truth instead of reconciling spreadsheets.
