The challenge
Van sales reps had to call the office to check stock and pricing, then manually file orders the next day. Claims processing was paper-based and slow.
Material master maintenance was a bottleneck — every product update required a coordinated effort with IT.
What we built
A mobile-first Van Sales CRM was built on Kissflow with offline-friendly forms, integrated stock & pricing checks, and a streamlined claim workflow.
SAP integration via SFTP handled bulk order sync and credit note flows. Material master and stock data syncs daily.
Outcome
Field reps now place orders and file claims in real time from the customer site. Office staff no longer act as a relay between van and ERP.
eTax, Stock Management and Material Master are now part of the same operating platform.
