The challenge
Honda Trading operated across multiple SEA countries, each with its own expense process and ISO documentation habits — making consolidated reporting nearly impossible.
ISO audits required pulling DAR (Document Action Request) and CAR (Correction Action Request) histories from email and shared drives.
What we built
A unified Expense Reimbursement workflow with country-specific approval rules and currency handling. Fixed Asset register and Sales Purchase Forecast were also brought into Kissflow.
For ISO compliance, DAR and CAR workflows were built with full audit trails, attachments, and SLA tracking — so audits become a query, not a hunt.
Outcome
Cross-country expense reporting is now one click. ISO surveillance audits are completed in days instead of weeks of evidence gathering.
NFM Quotation and HR Evaluation flows were added afterward on the same platform.
